When you call the number on this site we collect the caller's phone number, the time of the call, and a recording of the call or voicemail so your enquiry can be passed on accurately. Like most websites we also collect basic technical data such as pages visited.

Why we collect it

We collect this information for one main purpose: to connect you with the independent local arborist business that services this area so they can contact you and quote your job. We also use it to run and improve the service, to keep records of enquiries, and to deal with any questions or complaints.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry details, including call recordings and voicemails, are shared with the arborist business we refer you to. We also use trusted service providers to run this service, including web hosting, email delivery and telephony providers. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Storage and security

Enquiry data is stored in access-controlled systems available only to us and the arborist business handling your enquiry. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email leads@crew.do and we will respond promptly.

Complaints
